Pit Bull Terrier2 viewsShe was rescued from Glens Ferry and transported to the Idaho Humane Society. She is timid, shy and she was unable to cope within a kennel setting so a foster home was her best option. She has a smooth and soft brindle coat. She is house trained, crate trained and easy to manage on a leash. Topaz is not socialized and she is afraid of everything however she warms up nicely once slowly introduced to new situations and people. She is anxious to learn and experience the world. She does well with other dogs and will follow her foster brother around the house and yard. She is slowly learning how to act and play. She will stare at dog toys and not know what to do with them. She has learned to jump in and out of the car and enjoys rides. Topaz is a joy to watch blossom and eventually she will possess the ability to go everywhere with her adopter. She will lie quietly at your feet, sleep through the night and she is affectionate and loving. She is a perfect role model and ambassador of the bully breed. She is gentle, sweet and will make a great traveling companion. She is good with birds and cats. Topaz loves her crate however she occasionally sneaks up on the bed for a quiet nap. She has been a pleasure to foster and is truly a gem. If you are interested in adopting her Topaz will make a perfect addition to your family.

Meg31 views
Meg is approximately 2 years old and is a charmer that is sure to wiggle her way into your heart! She loves to chase balls and play with her stuffed animals, rope toys and bully sticks. She was rescued from a local kill shelter along with her seven puppies after being carelessly dumped by her former owner. Meg is spayed, up to date on all vaccines and has been successfully treated for heartworms. Meg is socialized with other nice dogs - not sure about cats, but have not seen any discernable prey drive in her. She is crate and housetrained. A home visit will be required before an adoption is finalized.
