Though the shelter is closed to the public on Wednesdays, the officers will have phone/email contact with potential adopters/rescue.

Tabby - Brown, Domestic Short Hair - brown5 viewsTaffy was a found cat, pregnant, but she lost all of her babies because they was born to early. She is a great cat though, friendly and sweet. She is current on all shots and worming and was tested for feline leukemia and was neg. she is litter box trained, She is not spayed yet but will be when her milk drys up. She would like for you to come visit her and maybe adopt her. she talks all the time, very vocal cat. But we love her.

Husky184 viewsTimber is a great 8 year old Husky. He is neutered, current on his vaccinations, and microchipped. He is great with other dogs, children, and even cats. He lived in a home with a large cat, and even a hedgehog! He is looking for a new home due to family circumstances, not due to anything this great guy has done. He does not dig much (he likes a little hole to lay in), does not chew (see notes below), and is completely housetrained. He even knows how to go in and out a doggie door. He’s a mellow boy for the most part, but does like to run and play. Although he’s older, he’s in great shape! His hips are in good shape, and he’s got nice muscle. His teeth are a bit worn, but the vet says that they are in good condition. Timber would love to have a permanent home for the rest of his life, and it can be several great years! He does get scared of thunder storms, so should be in the house then. He’s not an outside only dog, so needs a family who wants a new family member. Since he's older, and less rambunctious, he'd be fine with a less active family or person.
